TiketMaster hasn’t been in the news for anything good and it would seem that trend is only getting worse.
A breach that resulted in 500 million names made the news amidst seurity and data breaches across many other industries, from healthcare to banking to government (I said it). Not mentioning the fact that names and personal information are now floating around who-knows-where, whatever payment options saved to those accounts are probably out there, too.
So, there’s that.
It’s a shame for customers who actually go out and, you know, do things, like watch sporting events or go to concerts. Summer is upon us and that seems to be when more folks want to go out and enjoy things with like-minded people.
Keep tabs of your accounts and data because we cannot trust companies to do it.
